Refund policy

At Candles and Crochet, each item is handmade with care. Due to the nature of our products, we have the following policies in place:

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
Orders canceled during processing are eligible for a 50% refund.
Completed orders cannot be canceled.
Custom or personalized items cannot be canceled once production has begun.
If a cancellation is approved outside of these conditions, a partial refund or store credit may be issued at our discretion.
