💳 Orders & Payments

  • All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected. If an order is canceled by us, you will receive a full refund.

❌ Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
  • Orders canceled during processing are eligible for a 50% refund.
  • Completed orders cannot be canceled.
  • Custom or personalized items cannot be canceled once production has begun.
  • If a cancellation is approved after the allowed window, a partial refund or store credit may be issued at our discretion.

To ensure clarity, the following terms are defined:

  • Processing:
    An order is considered in processing once materials have been gathered, preparation has begun, or production of the item has started (including melting wax, pouring candles, or beginning crochet work).
  • Completed Order:
    An order is considered completed once the item has been fully made and is ready for pickup, delivery, or shipment.

🕯️ Product Use & Safety (Candles)

  • Never leave a burning candle unattended.
  • Keep candles away from children, pets, and flammable materials.
  • Burn candles on a heat-safe surface.
  • Candles are used at your own risk. Candles and Crochet is not responsible for misuse of products.

🧶 Product Care (Crochet Items)

  • Crochet items should be handled with care.
  • Follow any provided care instructions to maintain quality.
  • We are not responsible for damage caused by improper use or care.

🔁 Returns & Refunds

  • Returns and refunds are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
  • By purchasing, you agree to the terms outlined in that policy.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery times may vary based on location and availability.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other external factors.
  • Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the item is delivered.

🎨 Custom Orders

  • Custom or personalized items are final sale once production has begun.
  • Once production begins, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
  • We will work with you to ensure your custom order meets expectations before completion.

  • Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item.
